Key Accountabilities:

  • Engage and collaborate with the different functions todiscuss traininginitiatives to align objectives, address needs, and ensure effective program outcomes

  • Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitorand evaluate results and impact

  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice, support service to assist in developing workforce capability

  • Handle small-scale projects and programsand function-wide initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives

  • Supportorganization-widescale programs in the organization

  • Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program and be creative to maximize the useof the L&D budget

  • Utilize L&D best practice to find ways to improve our L&D approaches and to keep up to date with emerging L&D trends

  • Facilitatetraining sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually

  • Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:

  • University graduate of any business-related course

  • Must have at least3-4years’ experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in managing and executing programs

  • Experience in using Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platforms

  • Experience in process improvement and project management

  • Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus

  • Capabilities Required

  • Strong Program Design, Delivery and Evaluation

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

  • Project Managementskills

  • Ability to proactively respond to situations

  • Excellent analyticalandproblem-solvingskills

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must).

  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.

  • Ability to work inan ambiguousenvironment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
