Our FI client is looking for a hybrid Product/ Content Designer to join their team. This will be a 12+ month role, fulltime hours pers week and 3x per week onsite Downtown Toronto.
This role includes Product Design, UX Writing and Research (on a team of Designers and Researchers who are hybrid as well). Rate range is $60-62.5 per hour, T4.
Responsibilities:- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate interaction patterns and product direction.
- Define content structure, hierarchy, tone, and messaging frameworks that support user understanding and product goals.
- Organize content and workflows for clarity, discoverability, and efficiency.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
- Use feedback, analytics, and testing insights to refine and improve the user experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Content Design and UX Writing for Digital Products
- Strong understanding of content strategy, information hierarchy, and user comprehension
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design and content decisions
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys
