Senior Data Governance Lead at CAAT

As a Senior Data Governance Lead, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of CAAT's Data Governance program. Working closely with various business units, you’ll promote best practices while enhancing data quality and compliance with regulatory standards. You will provide guidance to Data Owners and lead efforts in metadata management, ensuring that data governance principles are adhered to across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of data governance policies and frameworks
• Enhance data quality practices in collaboration with IT
• Oversee the maintenance of metadata repositories and catalogs
• Facilitate meetings to resolve data governance challenges
• Monitor and report on governance KPIs effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information management
• Five years within data governance or data controls
• Three years of hands-on experience with governance tools
• Strong understanding of data regulations in finance
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
