Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee user management and course configuration in LMS
• Integrate AI tools for better learner engagement

• Assist users with technical inquiries and issues

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in e-learning environments
• Proficient in LMS tools such as Docebo
• Familiarity with programming and web design tools
• Knowledge of SCORM and WCAG compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills
