Join our Toronto team as an Agile Delivery Scrum Master specializing in Salesforce. This hybrid role emphasizes strong facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and proactive project management.
With 6–10 years of experience, you will lead Agile delivery and coaching for Salesforce projects.
Your role includes managing backlogs, coordinating releases, and optimizing delivery efficiency while collaborating across diverse teams. Your insights will enhance project predictability and sprint health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: planning, reviews, and stand-ups
• Ensure compliance with Agile and Dev Ops practices
• Partner with Product Owner for effective backlog prioritization
• Drive Agile metrics and track project performance
• Support user acceptance testing and release strategies
Requirements:
• Proven 6-10 years as Scrum Master in Salesforce contexts
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA tools
• Excellent stakeholder management ability
• Required CSM/PSM certification
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Salesforce Dev Ops pipelines preferred
