Senior Application Security Consultant DevSecOps

Lead application security initiatives as a Senior Application Security SME/Dev Sec Ops  Consultant. Drive secure coding, threat modeling, and vulnerability management to embed security in the software lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced consultant to enhance application security practices across various teams. Your expertise in secure SDLC, threat modeling, and cloud security will be crucial in partnering with engineering, Dev Ops, and risk teams. This role demands a deep understanding of security methodologies and the ability to implement security across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define application security strategies and standards

• Support Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) integration

• Conduct architecture reviews and lead threat modeling

• Oversee security testing including SAST, DAST, and SCA

• Collaborate on cloud security for Azure, AWS, and GCP

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Application Security or Cybersecurity Architecture

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

• Proven record in managing enterprise security programs

• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and API Security

• Experience with security testing tools like Checkmarx and Burp Suite
