Position: CAMH Business Systems Analyst Role

• Document and validate business and system requirements along with stakeholders

• Support high-impact operational workflow improvements

• Assist in system testing, development, and implementation phases

• Maintain documentation for processes, systems, and user guides

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Knowledge in CRM, ERP, and Blackbaud technologies

• Familiarity with process optimization methodologies

• Relevant degree in fields like Information Systems or Business Administration
