This individual contributor role focuses on incident management, problem management, vendor engagement, and site reliability engineering practices. You’ll oversee production support for both BMO-owned applications and external credit card vendors, leading rapid incident recovery efforts. The position demands strong communication skills as you'll coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 24/7 incident management for NARP Technology platforms
• Coordinate SEV-1 incidents and major incident responses
• Manage vendor engagement and coordinate outage activities
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues
• Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements:
• Proven experience in senior production support roles
• Extensive incident and escalation management expertise
• Knowledge of credit card and payment platforms
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
