As part of the IT team, you will manage day-to-day technical support, overseeing hardware and software systems, and contributing to digital workflow improvements. The role involves providing Tier 1 support, managing device setups, and ensuring effective use of Microsoft 365 applications. Your work will directly impact our community-focused initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 technology support for CONC staff
• Manage administration of Microsoft 365 tools
• Set up and configure laptops and desktops
• Respond to helpdesk tickets for troubleshooting
• Assist teams in transitioning to digital workflows
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in technical support or IT roles
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational abilities for managing requests
• Post-secondary education in relevant field preferred
