IT Operations Administrator

Position: IT Operations Administrator at Hootsuite
Take the lead in IT support with Hootsuite! As an IT Operations Administrator, you’ll manage crucial platforms while enhancing AI tools used by our teams.

In this impactful role, you’ll connect with the Global IT team and act as a vital escalation point for the service desk. You'll administer various core platforms and oversee day-to-day operations while driving Hootsuite's AI transformation. This position allows you to build automations and streamline processes, enhancing IT effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an escalation point for complex Helpdesk issues

• Own and enhance service quality outcomes in defined areas

• Manage hardware deployments with a focus on complex projects

• Support and administer AI platforms and tooling

• Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding

Requirements:

• 3+ years in IT operations or systems administration

• Knowledge of identity and access management tools

• Familiarity with endpoint management technologies

• Experience with Google Workspace administration

• Basic scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Power Shell
