Join CMiC as an Implementation Consultant, leading customer training efforts across multiple regions including North America, Europe, and beyond. Your insights into CMiC applications will help clients succeed.
This role calls for a motivated professional with at least 3 years in technical consulting, focusing on the AEC industry. You'll be responsible for facilitating training and consulting sessions that empower clients to effectively utilize CMiC solutions. With a commitment to excellence and clear communication, you will bridge the gap between product knowledge and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional training sessions, both remote and in-person
• Support customers in utilizing CMiC software
• Maintain effective communication with management and clients
• Provide wrap-up reports post-engagement
• Participate actively in collaborative team meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or training experience
• Bilingual in French and English is essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
