You will play a crucial part in migrations, identity lifecycle management, and optimizing hybrid cloud solutions while ensuring data quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design hybrid identity architectures

• Develop synchronization solutions and resolve data quality issues

• Implement Microsoft Entra Connect Sync and Federation Services

• Plan tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations

• Lead project work streams and present findings at C-Level

Requirements:

• In-depth experience with Microsoft Identity Manager and Entra

• Strong knowledge of synchronization and integration complexities

• Ability to manage large data sets and migration projects

• Proficiency in Power Shell and C# for automation

• Proven experience in consulting and architectural assessments
