Be a pivotal player at BMO in the role of Manager, Performance Reporting and Insights, offering a hybrid work model in Toronto. Spearhead customer metrics development and optimally manage reporting processes.
As a Manager in Customer Insights and Reporting, you will oversee the analytics for Personal banking by ensuring that metrics align with business objectives. Your analytical expertise will facilitate data-driven decision-making through reporting enhancements and stakeholder collaboration. Deliver reports that not only evaluate customer growth but also support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the generation and analysis of customer reports
• Develop and maintain dashboards for performance measurement
• Optimize data workflows and visualization techniques
• Collaborate with analytics teams and business experts
• Ensure alignment with risk management standards
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of analytical experience in a related field
• Advanced skills in SAS, SQL, R, or Python
• Strong capabilities in data storytelling
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
