Take on a critical role as an OnBase Support Engineer in a hybrid model located in Toronto, ON, focused on incident management and application support. Join our team to ensure the OnBase platform functions seamlessly.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in supporting Hyland OnBase environments and solid skills in SQL troubleshooting. This full-time position requires the ability to manage application support within a regulated financial services setting, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
• Administer and support OnBase Document Management modules
• Manage system upgrades and configuration changes
• Ensure health monitoring and stability of the platform
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for effective operations
Requirements:
• Proven OnBase administration experience
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
• Experience with Service Now for incident management
• Ability to assist in automation using Power Shell or scripts
