In this exciting role, you will support the execution of digital initiatives across diverse platforms, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Product. Engage with cross-functional teams and participate in sprint planning, QA testing, and managing digital project documentation. Your efforts will contribute to one of Canada’s most renowned loyalty programs, impacting millions of users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of digital strategies across web and app
• Manage release coordination and sprint planning activities
• Contribute to QA and User Acceptance Testing execution
• Monitor and document defects and bugs effectively
• Coordinate stakeholder approvals for digital content
Requirements:
• Experience in digital product or project coordination
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and CMS
• Understanding of digital experience environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of testing processes and QA support
