In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience in digital product and project management to create effective strategies for the AGO’s digital platforms. Leading the Web Team, you’ll ensure successful execution of digital projects while developing team members and optimizing workflows.
Your role will impact how our audiences engage with art and culture online.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the creation of a strategic digital roadmap
• Manage project delivery for efficiency and quality
• Use analytics to monitor and improve key performance metrics
• Coach the Web Team in modern digital practices
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and web standards
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field or relevant experience
• 8 years’ operational experience in digital management
• 4-5 years in team leadership roles
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities
