NRT is seeking an IT Help Desk Associate to manage and troubleshoot IT issues efficiently. As a vital member of our team, you will engage directly with users to diagnose problems, provide support, and escalate issues as needed. Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities are key to delivering excellent service in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose network and hardware issues swiftly
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop and server systems
• Maintain user accounts and configurations in Active Directory
• Provide phone and on-site technical support
• Resolve issues related to Microsoft Office applications
Requirements:
• Degree in a technology-related discipline
• Experience resolving common IT support tasks
• Comfort with Cisco VPN and TCP/IP troubleshooting
• Skills in Windows operating system management
• Knowledge of Office 365 administration
