Data Delivery Manager

Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs, ensuring successful execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary client-facing delivery leader, building trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive program planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution across distributed teams.
- Collaborate closely with client teams, architects, engineering leads, and SMEs to deliver scalable data solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Continuously improve delivery effectiveness by leveraging best practices, accelerators, and capabilities across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to expand engagements, drive additional value, and support business growth initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer success.
- 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, and digital transformation programs.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels (ex running Steercos)
- Deep understanding of data and analytics technologies, including:
- ETL and data integration platforms
- Data warehousing and data modeling
- Business Intelligence and reporting solutions
- Modern data platforms including Databricks and Azure Data Services
- Data governance, quality, and operationalization concepts
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
- Strong program management, delivery governance, financial management, and risk mitigation capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and bring the full breadth of organizational capabilities to enhance client outcomes and delivery excellence.
