ServiceNow Architect

Position: NewRocket ServiceNow Architect Role
Shape user experiences as a Service Now Architect with New Rocket! Your mission will focus on developing immersive applications on the Service Now Service Portal and improving client interactions.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in Service Now architecture and application development to create high-quality mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for managing all facets of the development process, including debugging, testing, and integrating solutions with Service Now Core modules. Your knowledge of ITIL V3 processes will play a critical role in ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage applications using new programming techniques

• Optimize queries and write detailed documentation

• Customize Service Now applications tailored to client needs

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements for new projects

• Guide clients through integration solutions

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in Service Now and application development

• Proficient in building user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and Java Script

• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations

• Relevant Service Now Certifications

• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes
