The ideal candidate will have over ten years of extensive identity and access management experience. In this role, you will troubleshoot access-related issues, provide L1/L2 support, and engage in necessary platform maintenance. Your contributions will help uphold IAM operations and streamline identity lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 support for SailPoint Identity IQ
• Troubleshoot identities and access-related issues
• Conduct platform maintenance and operational tasks
• Create and modify SailPoint rules as required
• Facilitate identity lifecycle processes and onboarding
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of SailPoint IIQ experience
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles and governance
• Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP integrations
• Proficient in SQL and Linux environments
• Experience with RBAC/ABAC policy frameworks
