This role in Toronto requires a seasoned professional to lead the security engineering team at  Responsibilities include implementing effective security measures, ensuring compliance across engineering workflows, and coordinating incident response plans. Your leadership will also support the integration of AI tools to bolster security management and compliance protocols, streamlining risk identification and response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Secure SDLC implementation and enforcement

• Lead responses to cyber incidents and operational risks

• Direct third-party security assessments and vendor evaluations

• Ensure audit readiness and compliance tracking

• Utilize AI for security finding prioritization and analysis

Requirements:

• 12+ years in security engineering or application security

• Demonstrated experience leading security teams

• Knowledge of cloud security technologies

• Familiarity with PCI DSS and similar standards

• Proven capability in decision-making during crises
