IT Help Desk Technician (Contract)
Location and ScheduleLocation:
Toronto, ON – Onsite
Schedule:
Tuesday – Wednesday, Thursday, 8 am – 4 pm (Onsite) – 32 hrs / week
5 – 7 years of experience
Responsibilities- Provide essential on‑site technical support to end‑users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems.
- Deliver excellent face‑to‑face support.
- Have basic PC, Mac, and Phone troubleshooting knowledge.
- Cover on‑site desks and provide Tier 1 support.
