Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to provide L2 and L3 support for enterprise Cloud Platform Services (CPS) across AWS environments.
Responsibilities- Provide L2 and L3 support for AWS-based CPS, including networking, IAM, compute, storage, monitoring, and security services.
- 6-8 years total experience in cloud support (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in AWS, networking, and identity & access management.
- Experience with production support roles.
- Must be a Canadian permanent resident or citizen.
- Video interview process.
