Drive technical excellence at Autodesk as a Technical Account Manager. Collaborate with enterprise clients to maximize their investment in cloud services while managing technical escalations.
You will act as a technical liaison, guiding customers to achieve their business goals through effective use of Autodesk's products.
Your role will involve proactive project management and delivering tailored coaching sessions. Strong communication skills will be key as you build relationships and present technical insights to diverse stakeholders in the client organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships as a trusted technical advisor
• Manage priority escalations of critical customer issues
• Provide technical recommendations based on data analysis
• Collaborate with client IT teams for efficient performance
• Lead coaching sessions to enhance user adoption
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
• Minimum 5 years supporting Autodesk cloud for enterprises
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Proven ability to present technical content effectively
• Familiarity with Building Connected or Trade Tapp preferred
