Release Manager for Technology Changes

In this full-time, permanent role, you will manage the entire release lifecycle for end user technology. Key responsibilities include coordinating between development, QA, and operations to oversee testing and deployment. Your expertise will ensure service stability through risk management and post-release validation, while continuously improving release processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Govern end-to-end release management for technology services

• Schedule and manage the enterprise release calendar

• Oversee release planning and go/no-go decisions

• Collaborate with engineering and service operations

• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and standards

Requirements:

• Experience in release management and Dev Ops environments

• Understanding of end user platforms like Intune and M365

• Strong risk management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficiency with Service Now, Jira, and CI/CD tools

• Ability to manage dependencies and rollback strategies
