In this contract position, your analytical skills will drive donor engagement and revenue growth. You will support marketing operations through data analysis, segmentation, and performance evaluation. The role involves close collaboration with peers to refine data-driven decision-making that supports the Foundation’s mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze fundraising data to enhance supporter communication strategies
• Manage and document data collection protocols and insights
• Track performance metrics for marketing campaigns actively
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of data across operations
• Collaborate with media vendors for effective campaign execution
Requirements:
• 2+ years in analytics or customer data management
• Skilled in data tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics
• Understanding of customer experience and segmentation techniques
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
