Senior Manager Banking Technology Consulting

This role in EY’s Platforms group involves leading significant banking technology projects aimed at modernization and data integration. You will strategize technology transformations while managing multiple engagements and guiding diverse teams. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale banking technology initiatives and data strategy

• Consult on transformation planning and execution

• Manage various engagements to maintain high delivery standards

• Cultivate relationships with banking stakeholders and executives

• Drive team development and cooperative projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or engineering

• More than 8 years of delivery experience

• At least 5 years in consulting for financial services

• Strong capability to work with diverse teams

• Required on-site presence in the GTA 2–3 times a week
