Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute product launch operations online
• Update best-selling product pages and optimize searches
• Collaborate on CRM initiatives across digital platforms

• Track performance indicators for CRM campaigns
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in digital merchandising or CRM needed
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and e-commerce platforms
• Experience in handling Jira, and project management tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
