Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain statistical measurement ETLs for AI/ML

• Collaborate with business to define and assess success KPIs

• Develop store-level and customer-level experimentation methodologies

• Enhance communication of advanced metrics to stakeholders

• Drive best practices in MLOps and data governance

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in relevant technical fields

• Over 5 years of data science experience, including management

• Proven skills in cloud-based measurement processes

• Understanding of Bayesian modelling and attribution

• Proficiency in Python libraries and SQL
