In this full-time position, you will lead the optimization of e-commerce channels and ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage campaigns, performance metrics, and customer service interactions in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily e-commerce operations and ensure order accuracy
• Handle customer service inquiries across multiple platforms
• Develop strategies for digital marketing and campaign management
• Utilize analytics to track performance and drive improvements
• Manage SEO and social media engagement efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• 4–7 years in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Experience with digital campaign management
• Knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
