Role
Description:
Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation:
* Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
* Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives
* Ensure adherence to Agile, enterprise governance, compliance, and Dev Ops practices
Backlog & Sprint Management:
* Partner with Product Owner to manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint readiness
* Ensure user stories are refined, groomed, and aligned to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
Delivery Management:
* Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams
* Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies proactively
* Drive Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, predictability, and sprint health
Testing & Release Support:
* Support UAT, defect triage, and release coordination
* Ensure smooth delivery across sprint cycles and production releases
Coaching & Continuous Improvement:
* Coach teams on Agile best practices
* Drive continuous improvement and delivery optimization
Preferred
Skills:
* Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience
* CI/CD and Salesforce Dev Ops pipelines
* Banking domain knowledge (compliance, regulatory environment)
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) mandatory
* Salesforce certifications preferred

* Large-scale digital transformation experience
* Canadian banking exposure

Job Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support core payments processing.
• Contribute to the development of payment flows supporting transaction processing.
• Build and support integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in a complex, regulated environment.
• Collaborate with architecture, QA, and operations teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance.
• Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub capabilities.
• Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
