Take charge of security leadership at Even Up as a Security Manager in Toronto. Drive compliance, risk management, and team growth in a supportive hybrid environment.
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to spearhead security initiatives for Even Up's hybrid operations. This role is pivotal in guiding the security roadmap and ensuring best practices in compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our security posture while supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the security roadmap

• Oversee SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure secure development

• Manage vendor security assessments and risk

• Promote a culture of security awareness company-wide
Requirements:

• Proven record in security leadership roles

• Solid understanding of compliance metrics and standards

• Extensive knowledge of cloud security architecture

• Experience in managing vendor security risks

• Hands-on approach to security challenges
