Position: Experienced IT Business Analyst Needed
Roots is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst dedicated to enhancing business performance and driving IT initiatives. Collaborate with diverse teams while fostering growth and innovation.

Reporting to the Manager of Business Analysis, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable IT projects.

Your role will ensure smooth project delivery and process improvements as you manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document detailed business requirements from stakeholders

• Lead smaller IT projects and manage the project plan

• Provide guidance on business implications for applications

• Implement operational procedures and oversee application testing

• Troubleshoot and investigate escalated application issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years in IT Business Analysis

• Excellent skills in SQL and analytical thinking

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and SDLC dynamics

• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
