Position: PeopleSoft HCM Applications Architect Role
Shape the future of IT architecture as a People Soft HCM Applications Architect. Spearhead architecture solutions that address complex, multi-year projects impacting ministry clients and external stakeholders.

This key role focuses on providing expertise across business, technology, applications, and security architecture domains. You will manage design, planning, and implementation of scalable solutions while defining guidelines that influence multi-cluster initiatives. Your experience will play a crucial role in enhancing the People Soft HCM project and facilitating effective systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture solutions for large-scale IT projects

• Define and evaluate architecture policies and standards

• Ensure specialized expertise in People Soft HCM solutions

• Provide leadership in project design and delivery

• Recommend strategies for improving existing People Soft modules

Requirements:

• Proven track record in technical team leadership

• Knowledge of People Soft HCM 9.2 and upgrades

• Expertise in Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces
