Position: Senior Technical Support for Wealth Platforms
Be a pivotal member of our team as a Senior Technical Support Analyst for wealth management platforms in Toronto, ON. In this role, you'll troubleshoot applications and databases while leveraging SQL to ensure faultless service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive technical support, resolving performance issues, and managing support tickets efficiently using tools like Service Now or JIRA. With strong collaboration skills, you'll work closely with product and infrastructure teams to drive platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support for system integrations and functioning

• Identify and resolve issues related to applications and servers

Requirements:
