Consultant II - IBM Maximo Expertise

Cohesive is actively seeking a Consultant II with 2–5 years of Maximo experience. You will be instrumental in leading workshops and analyzing processes to uncover solution opportunities. This role also involves creating training materials and assisting clients with Maximo installations and configurations, all while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional and technical workshops with clients

• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions

• Document both current and future-state processes

• Assist in user acceptance testing and defect triaging

• Develop training guides and conduct user training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 2–5 years of experience with IBM Maximo

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with databases and integrations

• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium is a plus
