Position: Scrum Master for IT at BDO

The Scrum Master role at BDO reports to the IT Project and Product Services Manager and focuses on supporting Agile teams through facilitation and coaching. You will partner with product owners, engage with stakeholders, and help maintain a productive delivery environment. Your insights will ensure the team delivers value efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize backlogs

• Engage stakeholders effectively and manage their expectations

• Clarify technical specifications from business requirements

• Track Agile delivery metrics for improving workflows

• Protect teams' sprint commitments from external disruptions

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant area or equivalent experience

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments

• Familiarity with Agile principles and SDLC processes

• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops and project management tools

• Strong conflict resolution abilities and communication skills
