As a Payment Operations Centre Analyst, you will be on the frontline of Canada's payment systems, ensuring their smooth operation and supporting financial members. Your adaptability for 24/7 shifts will allow you to engage in incident mediation and project contributions while ensuring best practices are followed in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine validation checks on payment systems
• Monitor dashboards for system anomalies
• Execute ITIL incident management functions
• Strengthen relationships with payment service partners
• Support new payment system deployments
Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and French
• At least three years in service desk or operations support
• Strong competencies in technical environments
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime
• Eligibility for background checks
