Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Level 1 support for helpdesk inquiries

• Deploy and configure IT equipment for staff

• Maintain servers and monitor network applications

• Assist with user training on IT systems

• Provide 24/7 support for technology emergencies

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of relevant IT experience

• Educational background in Information Technology

• Experience in a family office environment

• Familiarity with Microsoft suite and Azure AD

• Excellent relationship management skills
