Position: Intermediate Lab Support Analyst at Hitachi Rail
Join Hitachi Rail as an Intermediate Lab Support Analyst in Toronto, Ontario. This on-site role focuses on technical support for simulator systems through configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

As part of the Lab Support team, you'll collaborate with engineers to ensure simulator systems meet project requirements. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical diagrams, maintaining simulator hardware, and performing software installations. You will directly impact simulator performance by minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve simulator hardware issues

• Install operating systems on PCs/servers

• Maintain configuration control of lab hardware

• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

• Calibrate test devices per established intervals

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of electronic circuits and troubleshooting

• Proficient with test equipment like oscilloscopes

• Basic understanding of networks and TCP/IP
