You will operate at Tier 3, addressing severe application issues escalated from lower tiers. Your technical expertise will involve deep architectural analysis and debugging, while also collaborating closely with product development to implement permanent fixes. The goal is to enhance both reliability and performance of our essential systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the final escalation point for application faults
• Spearhead crisis resolution efforts for P1-P2 incidents
• Conduct detailed analysis of logs and network states
• Develop and deploy effective software hotfixes
• Optimize monitoring systems with automation scripts
Requirements:
• Solid experience in a production support environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Bash scripting
• Strong debugging and architectural analysis skills
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools
• Ability to strategize under tight SLAs
