As the Director of Data Strategy & AI Enablement, you will be at the forefront of YORK1’s digital transformation. Lead initiatives that emphasize enterprise data governance, advanced analytics, and RPA implementation across key systems such as Hub Spot and Nylus. The role demands a strategic thinker capable of steering data-driven insights that bolster decision-making and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee data architecture and integration frameworks

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives across business units

• Ensure compliance with data governance and cybersecurity standards

• Drive SharePoint governance and enhance collaboration tools

• Engage with execs on data initiatives and digital transformation progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, IT, or similar (Master’s preferred)

• 8+ years in analytics or enterprise technology roles

• Expertise in enterprise data strategy and governance

• Experience with machine learning and RPA applications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
