Join ITI as a Digital Service Engineer to enhance support experiences for clients. This role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, efficiently managing service requests, and ensuring communication throughout the process.
As a key contributor, you'll investigate and resolve technical challenges while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). You will liaise with clients, coworkers, and suppliers, ensuring a smooth support lifecycle. Your commitment to excellent service will help drive improvements in our service delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage service ticket queue effectively
• Accurately update and document all service tickets
• Troubleshoot technical issues using T-SQL and .NET
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams promptly
• Communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Basic knowledge of T-SQL or a relational DBMS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with C#/.NET Framework
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
