Senior Engineer - Databricks & Analytics

Matrix is hiring a Senior Engineer to specialize in Databricks and analytics for the Capital Markets Data Hub. Drive data quality and insightful reporting to boost organization performance.

As a Senior Databricks & Power BI Engineer at Matrix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategies. This position centers on developing comprehensive data solutions and monitoring frameworks to ensure high-quality data management. Collaborating across teams, you'll design Power BI dashboards that align with business objectives and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize data solutions on Databricks platform

• Create workflows for data quality monitoring

• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI

• Collaborate with governance and business units

• Troubleshoot and improve reporting efficiency

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in data engineering

• Proficient in Databricks, including Spark and Delta Lake

• Strong skills in Power BI dashboard creation

• Experience with SQL and Python programming

• Knowledge of regulated datasets in Capital Markets
