Position: Lead Solutions Architect for GPU PaaS
Become a Senior Solutions Architect at Rafay, specializing in deploying AI/ML workloads on GPU PaaS offerings. This role provides an opportunity to deeply engage with clients and optimize their AI infrastructure.

In this leadership role, you will work alongside engineering and MLOps teams to develop scalable Kubernetes-based solutions. Your responsibilities will extend from onboarding clients to optimizing their usage of GPU resources, cementing your role as a strategic partner. You will contribute significantly to the architectural framework of the organization while mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders on AI workload requirements

• Design and implement Kubernetes solutions for AI workloads

• Optimize GPU PaaS adoption and performance

• Build automation assets for efficient deployment

• Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture or related roles

• Strong background with Kubernetes

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Go

• Familiarity with major cloud providers

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
