Position: Senior Customer Success Manager at Clio
Lead Clio's Customer Success Applications by managing the CS Platforms team in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Drive AI-enhanced customer experiences and manage the post-sale platform stack effectively.

As a Senior Manager at Clio, you will oversee the CS Platforms team focused on optimizing the post-sale customer experience. You will bring your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and lead AI-driven initiatives. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance customer success programs across the organization while building in-house AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Customer Success Platforms team

• Manage the Salesforce Service Cloud and related tools

• Design AI agents and automations with Claude and Git

• Evaluate vendor options for CS support and AI

• Set strategic roadmaps with partners in Revenue Operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years Salesforce experience, especially Service Cloud

• 3+ years in a technical leadership role

• Familiar with Git Hub and pull request workflows

• Experience in SaaS or AI vendor management

• Fluency in AI development tools like Claude
