In this role, you will lead the design and deployment of advanced ML systems in commercial banking. Collaborate with a talented team to create reliable and maintainable ML models, addressing complex banking problems through AI. Your efforts will ensure that RBC remains a leader in embedding data-driven decision-making into financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design ML models for AI applications in banking

• Work with stakeholders to identify and solve ML-related challenges

• Collaborate on building fail-proof ML pipelines and infrastructure

• Ensure compliance with RBC’s governance and risk standards

• Assess and adopt emerging AI/ML tools for improved efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of ML model deployment experience

• Proficient in Python and key ML frameworks

• Experience in MLOps and large data solutions

• Strong knowledge of model evaluation and statistics

• Excellent communication skills to relay model insights
