Position: Lead Analytics for Seller Performance at TRADER
Become a pivotal player at TRADER as a Senior Data Analyst, driving seller performance through sophisticated analytics and insights. This role focuses on enhancing the automotive marketplace using data.

As part of the Seller & Listing Analytics team, you will engage with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Your 7+ years of analytical experience will allow you to build data models, manage ELT processes, and deliver meaningful metrics. Your expertise will shape product usage and marketplace outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build KPIs and measurement roadmaps with Product teams

• Maintain ELT pipelines and trusted datasets for insights

• Analyze seller onboarding and inventory engagement metrics

• Identify opportunities to elevate product usage and quality

• Create dashboards and reports for actionable insights

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Data or Product Analytics experience

• Strong SQL and Python skills required

• Experience with ELT tools like Databricks and dbt

• Expertise in statistics and causal inference

• Skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Quick Sight
