Lead the AI platform initiatives as Senior Manager , focusing on AI agents and customer experiences. Collaborate with teams to enhance product development using LLMs and APIs.

As part of a dynamic pre-IPO startup, you will report directly to the COO and guide the development of AI products that captivate over 5 million customers. Your tech-savvy approach will help in designing strategies and improving automation rates through systematic experimentation.

You'll work with OpenAI to innovate voice model capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee AI platform development from strategy to execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in a relevant technical field
