Position: BI & Analytics Business Analyst Role
Elevate your career as a Business Analyst specializing in BI and Analytics with a prominent Big Five Bank. This hybrid position based in downtown Toronto requires skills in data analysis and model development.

Apex Systems is hiring two analysts for a six-month contract with a possibility to extend. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather and convert requirements into actionable plans, focusing on projects like data migration and exfiltration. You will utilize BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI, while seeking opportunities for efficiency improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage analytics tools for decision-making support

• Collaborate across functions for technology alignment

• Gather requirements and develop actionable plans

• Identify opportunities for process improvement

• Bridge communication between IT and business teams

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar analyst role

• Proficient with Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, and SQL

• Strong background in data analysis and reporting

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities

• Familiarity with Data Mesh and ETL tools
